Riyadh, Dammam – 10th May 2015 – Saud Al-Babtain Cardiac Centre (SBCC) in Dammam and Health Matrix, Datix’s local partner in the Middle East region, announced the successful launch of the technology backbone of patient safety and risk management as an outcome of collaborative joint efforts aimed to streamline processes and introduce a more efficient, integrated approach to incident reporting management, along with promoting a patient safety culture and decreasing clinical and non-clinical errors.
Strategically, SBCC is looking forward to maintaining its leading position in delivering high-quality healthcare services in a sustainable manner by utilizing the wide range of features that Datix System is providing as a totally unique platform that promotes a proactive approach to patient safety.
As part of the important development contributions of the Datix System in SBCC, it will ease capturing all clinical and non-clinical incidents, increase the reporting, and minimize the re-occurrence of common events. In addition to the accurate, real-time dashboards that shorten the way toward recognizing the potential areas of development and tracking the performance quality of the center’s departments.
